Górnośląskie Koleje Wąskotorowe

A new website for one of many Upper Silesia’s post-industrial tourist attractions – a narrow gauge railway that used to connect many of the region’s factories, mines and other industrial sites.

The website was meat to be informative and attractive at the same time, so it features lots of white space, large photographs and retro-inspired graphical elements for the overall user impression (design: Anna Pawełczyk).

It’s a WordPress-powered project with a bespoke theme that is meant to stand out and catch attention as well as provide a good, readable and usable mobile-first responsive presentation platform.
