Who am I?

I’m a webdeveloper and designer with over 10 years of working experience, both freelance and as an in-house employee, which gives me wide range of knowledge and eperience with different types of organizations. Currently I work for Evio Polska, a TV content provider from Poznań, Poland as well as a freelance web developer focusing mostly (but not only) on WordPress-based websites and themes.

I value minimalism and aesthetics as well as clean, maintainable code and I’m a big fan of agile methodologies and the content-first approach to the process of building a website.

I’m happy to make a living from what I really enjoy.

What do I do?

Need a unique website? Don’t want to delve into the abyss of technical knowledge? WordPress is a powerful, flexible and extremely easy to use CMS, that can be extended and customized easily by themes and plug-ins. I create custom WordPress themes that enable clients to spend much less time on the website-related tasks and let them focus on the growth of their bussinesses. I also take care of all the “going live” process, so you don’t have to worry about the technical details of the release of your new website.

I also convert PSD/XCF files into well coded, lightweight, standard-compliant, usable, responsive and mobile-first HTML/CSS templates ready to be converted into a theme for a CMS of your choice or to be integrated with any other web solution.

Website design is also one of my trades. I can prowide you with a fresh, clean, lightweight website – be it a corporate site, news magazine, blog or an e-commerce site. I design with usability and accesibility in mind, constantly focusing on your business needs.

How do I work?

Content is King

The content is the most important part of any website. This is your message to the users and waht users visit websites for. When working on a website I always do whatever is necessary to present content in an attractive, usable and accessible way. The way website works and its look and feel are all subject to content.

Quality first

The quality of your website is crucial. It shapes user’s way of perceiving your business and may influence your business’s image and income. Good-looking, fast-working and user-friendly websites are what clients like best!

The code you receive will be well structured and easily maintainable with separated layers of content, logic, appearance and behaviour. This strongly reduces the cost of further development and improves performance.

No “ASAP” work

ASAP is the enemy of quality. Period.
